Well, we finally got there. It felt like we had been talking about going to Hawaii forever and it finally came. We had a blast. We dropped the kids off with my parents in IF and I cried the whole way home and on the airplane over to the island. Scott was wondering if we were actually going to enjoy this trip. As soon as we got there I was fine. We really just hung at the beach and snorkeled every day. It was the life. I did miss the boys and was excited to see them again. Funny story though, we were sitting at the pool one morning and we heard our names. We turned around and it was our Stake President and his wife. They were staying at the same hotel most the time we were there. How crazy huh!

I'm glad to hear you had fun and you survived leaving the kids! we are going to be taking a trip pretty soon and I worry about how it will be to actually drive away knowing we won't see them for a few days! At least I'll think of you and how it will be just fine! ;)

how fun! it so hard to leave kids, but it's so good you have your parents to let you do that. what a fun trip! we definately need to get together. Mondays are free for us too and Wednesdays after 11:30. Do you want to meet somewhere or I'd love to have you guys over too.

I always hate leaving my kids and miss them so much. But good for you to get away. And Hawaii so worth it!
