Today is our 3rd anniversary. We went out friday night to celebrate. Our very first date was at The Roof at the JSM Building, so for the last 3 years we have gone there. We took our annual picture in front of the temple and while we were up there, there was actually someone proposing. Good times!

happy 3 to you!
Hey I just read your comment on jessicas blog about c-cection. I had one with my 1st then decided to try it the other way. It was the worst experience of my life!!!!! So the 3rd I chose c-section. But Michelle will say the total opposite so I think it just depends on the person. Sorry i know I didn't help at all, but I thought I would share. Because I wish someone had told me that a regular birth is not always a walk in the park!
I can't believe you only have 67 days left and you look that great. So unfair!
Happy Anniversary.
hey I just found your blog though maryann's. how are you. I can't believe how old neils is. he looks like a little boy. he is miles ahead of oliver in the hair department. and I'm excited that you are expecting. I am too. check out our blog.
and happy anniversary!
Yes I will say the TOTAL opposite as Stefanie!!! I can't tell you how awesome the vaginal birth was compared to the cesarean. Stef and I are best buds but completely disagree on that! ;)
I think the biggest difference is I planned a natural birth with very little interventions (i.e. epidural, pitocin, continuous monitoring, IV) so I stayed home most of the time, relaxed using a program called Hypnobabies and barely felt any pain. I was up and around right after the birth, home 24 hours later, and grocery shopping 3 days later! Stef's epidural wore off so she wasn't prepared for the pain, that makes a HUGE difference. Anyway email me if you have questions, I love to share. And here's the link to my VBAC birth story.

Oh and michelle forgot te mention my 9 pound baby, and we'll just say he didn't fit so well. So lets just say there was quite a bit of reparing to do after, that made the recovery suck. I was up and around the day of my cesarean. I think michelle is one strong women! She has a fairy tale birth story! You can email me as well. hunter_3dboys@msn.com
That's the problem with birth it is different for everyone, and everyone's body is differnt!
I am so excited for you to be done soon! Those last few weeks dragged like crazy...happy belated anniversary!
What a cute tradition!
btw...I just read Stef's commnent about delivery options...I had a C on the first and thought I'd try a Vbac on the 2nd, but 10 days before my due date I was at a routine appointment and my fluid was low so they sent me to the hospital. I wasn't in active labor and I didn't really have the option and just had another c-section. So now the door is closed and I'm scheduled for another one. I figure why have the scar plus all the stuff that happens down there???? What are you thinking????
